Table Bookings

Your customers start by selecting when they'd like to visit and how many guests will be dining. This is the first step in the booking process.

They'll select a date from the calendar and choose the party size. Then click "Find Available Times" to proceed.

Next, customers select their preferred time slot from available options. The system shows available times and how many seats are left at each slot.

Each time slot shows real-time availability. Customers can see "5 left" for each slot, helping them choose when to book.

Customers provide their name and email address. They can also add special requests like dietary requirements or seating preferences.

The "Add special request" option allows customers to leave notes for your team. These appear in your booking dashboard.

A final review screen shows all booking details. Customers can edit any information before confirming. They'll see "Free cancellation · No payment required" reassuring them.

Once they click "Book Now", the reservation is confirmed and they receive a confirmation email with their booking reference.

Your customer receives a professional confirmation email with all booking details, including the booking reference number they can use to manage their reservation.

You manage all bookings from your Paigefy dashboard. View, confirm, or cancel reservations in seconds. Filter by status and search by customer name or email.
